Shipping and Delivery Policy

Seamless ships across Egypt with tracked delivery. Here is how your order reaches you.

1. Processing and delivery time

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 days of ordering, counted from the day you place the order and not from the day it ships. Governorates outside Cairo, Giza and Alexandria are usually at the longer end.

2. Shipping rates

Shipping is charged by governorate and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on orders of 1,500 EGP or more.

3. Order tracking

Once your order ships you receive a tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS.

4. Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived by day 7, or it arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp on +20 155 775 5244 with your order number. We chase it with the courier and come back to you with where it is. If a parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you in full with no shipping deducted.

5. Address errors

Please check your address and phone number before you order. If the address is wrong, extra fees may apply to reroute the parcel.
