How long does delivery take?
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days, and most orders arrive within 3 to 7 days of ordering. That is counted from the day you order, not from the day it ships. As soon as it ships you get a tracking number by SMS or email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged by governorate and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on orders of 1,500 EGP or more.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. You can also pay by card on the website. Paying by card at the door is not available. We confirm every order with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and the amount you pay the courier includes the delivery fee.
Can I open and check my order before paying?
Yes. Open the package and check your pieces with the courier before you pay. If you are not happy, hand the whole order back to him and pay the shipping fee only. Acceptance is all or nothing: the courier is carrying the value of the full order and cannot take one piece back and leave another. To return a single piece, accept the order and message us on WhatsApp on +20 155 775 5244 afterwards.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns within 7 days of receiving your order, exchanges within 14 days. Pieces must be unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging and free of stains or smells. How do refunds work?
The courier collects the piece and it comes back to us, which takes up to 7 days. After inspection, an approved refund goes out within 7 days. It goes back the way you paid: by InstaPay if you paid cash on delivery, or to the same card if you paid by card. The return shipping is deducted from the refund, and we tell you the exact amount in writing before the courier is booked. If the piece is faulty, or we sent the wrong piece or size, nothing is deducted.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Message us on WhatsApp on +20 155 775 5244 as soon as you can, with your order number. We can cancel while the order is still with us, which is usually the same day you order. Once it has left with the courier we cannot pull it back, so refuse it at the door instead and pay the shipping fee only. To change a size, colour or address before dispatch, message us and we will fix it.
What fabric is Seamless made of?
Every piece is made of SeamSoft, our own soft cotton: breathable, gently stretchy and comfortable all day. The Round Neck Top is double layered, so it is never see-through. Everything is made in our own atelier in Alexandria.
How do I know my size?
Every product page has a size chart and the Find My Size tool, which works out your size from your height, weight and body shape. The size chart is the more accurate of the two because it uses real body measurements, so check it with a tape measure if you are between two sizes. Sizes run up to XL. Still unsure? Do you have a store I can visit?
We are online only. There are no retail branches. The Alexandria address is our atelier, where the pieces are made, not a shop. We deliver to every governorate in Egypt, and you can open and check your order with the courier before you pay.
