How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery across Egypt takes 3–5 business days depending on your area. As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by SMS or email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region. Delivery is FREE on all orders over 1,500 EGP.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. You can pay in cash when your order arrives. We confirm every order with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and you pay the full amount — including the delivery fee — to the courier on delivery.

Can I open and check my order before paying?

Absolutely. Open the package and inspect your pieces with the courier. If you're not happy, send the order back with them and pay only the shipping fee.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, and exchanges within 14 days. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and free of stains or odors. Shipping fees apply for returns and exchanges. Request either one through the form on our website or by Instagram DM (@seamlesseg).

How do refunds work?

After you submit a return request, a courier picks up the item with a quick first inspection on video. The item then goes back to our warehouse (up to 7 days), where a detailed final inspection decides acceptance. Approved refunds are issued via InstaPay within up to 7 days after that.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't shipped — through the cancellation form, email, or Instagram DM. Need a different size, color, or address before dispatch? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll fix it right away.

What fabric is Seamless made of?

Every piece is made of SeamSoft™ — our signature soft cotton: breathable, gently stretchy, and comfortable all day. Our basic tops are double-layered, so they're never see-through.

How do I know my size?

You'll find a detailed size chart and our Size Finder tool on product pages — it recommends your size from your measurements. Not sure between two sizes? WhatsApp us and we'll help you choose.
