1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand drops, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

• Local (Egypt): Delivery within 3–5 business days depending on location.
• Shipping fees: Displayed at checkout based on region.
• FREE DELIVERY on orders over 1,500 EGP.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

4. Delivery Issues

If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with your order number and we'll resolve it with our delivery partner.

5. Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, additional fees may apply for rerouting.
