Refund & Return Policy

At Seamless, we want every customer in Egypt to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, this policy explains exactly how it works.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through:

  1. The Refund Form on our website
  2. Email: contact@seamlesseg.com
  3. Instagram DM: @seamlesseg

Please include: Full Name, Phone Number, Order Number, Item(s) you want to refund, Reason for refund, Preferred contact method.

Step 1: Pickup & First Inspection

After submitting your request, a courier will be arranged to pick up your item(s). A quick first inspection via video will be done with you and the courier. This step does not qualify you for a refund yet.

Step 2: Return Processing

  • Your order must first arrive at our warehouse.
  • This process may take up to 7 days.
  • Once received, all items undergo a detailed inspection. This is the step that determines whether your refund is accepted.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • In perfect condition
  • With original labels/tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
  • In the original packaging

Step 3: Refund Issuance

  • After final inspection, processing may take up to 7 days.
  • Refunds are issued via InstaPay only.
  • Refunds are approved only if all item conditions are fully met.

If your refund is not accepted, you may:

  • Have the item returned to you (shipping fees apply), or
  • Allow us to keep the item permanently.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, via the Exchange Form, email (contact@seamlesseg.com), or Instagram DM (@seamlesseg).

Items must be in original packaging, unworn, with tags on, and free of stains, odors, or damage.

Important: Shipping fees apply for all returns & exchanges. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if the order has not been shipped. Submit via the Cancellation Form, email, or Instagram DM — include your Order Number and write "Cancellation Request".
